Subprocessors

These companies process data for Local Pinmeter ([ENTITY NAME]) so we can run the service. Each one gets only the data its job needs. Each is bound by a data processing agreement or terms with data protection terms in them.

For our public website only
- Google (Google LLC): Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on localpinmeter.com, with the visitor's consent where the law requires it. It handles website visits only (pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location, cookie IDs), never agency or workspace data.
Services you connect yourself
These aren't our subprocessors. You choose to connect them, and their own terms apply between you and them.
- Google (Business Profile), for bulk posts.
- Another rank tracker you use, for importing your scan history from it. An API key you give us for it is used once and not stored.
- Your own Google Tag Manager on your lead pages.
Changes to this list
We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts handling personal data. Agencies who signed up for change notices also get an email.
- If you object for a reasonable data protection reason, tell us at
[LEGAL EMAIL]within those 30 days. - If we can't resolve it, you may cancel. We then refund the unused part of a prepaid plan (Data Processing Agreement §6).
